The sunset flight (15–22 minutes) flies during the golden hour at the end of the day, when the low sun brings out every rock formation and makes the river sparkle. Both packages depend on the clouds and the sun, so book ahead so the team can schedule the right time.

How do paragliding (PG) and paramotor (PPG) differ?

Both are tandem flights: you sit in front, and the pilot sits behind you and is in control from start to finish. You need no experience for either. The differences lie in the take-off, the duration, the feeling and how much they depend on the wind.

Take-off

• Paragliding (PG): a foot launch from a mountain top at an altitude of about 950 m. You and the pilot run a few steps down the slope together so the wing fills with air, and then your feet leave the ground. You land in the valley at about 450 m.
• Paramotor (PPG): take-off from a flat field in the valley. The engine and propeller on the pilot's back provide the thrust, so you only need a few running steps on flat ground — ideal if you would rather not run down a slope.

Duration and range

Paragliding has no engine, so it flies with the wind: 10–15 minutes for the standard package. A paramotor controls its own altitude and direction: 15 minutes for the standard package, 15–22 minutes for the long cloud-chasing flight, and it can travel further along the Miện River and over the tai mèo limestone outcrops.

What it feels like

Paragliding is quiet, with only the sound of the wind; you clearly feel the lift rising along the mountainside — this is the "original" free-flight experience. A paramotor has engine noise, but in return it is more active: it can fly low along the river and then climb high, a feeling close to sitting in a small aircraft without walls.

Which one should you choose?

• Choose paragliding if you want the feeling of free, silent flight and the moment of running off a mountain top.
• Choose paramotor if you want to stay in the air longer, travel further, would rather not run down a slope, or want to chase the early-morning clouds or the sunset on your own terms.

On days when the wind on the slope is not suitable, paragliding may have to wait or be rescheduled while paramotor may still be able to fly. The team will advise you after checking the wind on the morning of your flight. If you are prone to motion sickness or dizziness, let your pilot know so they can fly more gently.

The same as tandem paragliding: no experience needed, children from 3 years old, normal health. Guests over 90 kg, please let us know in advance. What if the weather is bad?
