Can I join if I have never flown before?

Yes. You fly tandem with a pilot, who controls the entire flight. You just follow the instructions on the take-off run and sitting position given in the 5–10 minute briefing before take-off.

How long does the flight last?

Depending on the package and wind conditions, time in the air is usually 10 to 30 minutes. The whole session (meeting, transfer, briefing, flight) takes about 1.5–2 hours.

What if the weather is bad?

Our team assesses the wind and clouds early in the morning. If conditions are not suitable, we will contact you to move your flight to another day or refund you under our cancellation policy.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes. Each flight package has its own weight limit (usually around 30–95 kg) so the wing can fly safely. Please enter your weight when booking so the team can prepare the right equipment.

Can children fly?

Children who meet each package's minimum age (usually from 10 years old) can fly with a guardian's consent, provided they meet the weight requirement.

Can I film with a GoPro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most packages already include video from a camera mounted on the wing. You can add the full video, drone footage or RAW files when you book. For safety reasons, passengers do not hold any devices during take-off and landing.

What should I wear for the flight?

Long trousers, a light windproof jacket and lace-up sports shoes. Avoid sandals and skirts or dresses. In the morning it can be a few degrees colder up high than down in the valley.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking at least one day ahead, especially at weekends and during the ripe rice season and buckwheat flower season. You can still book on the day if there are spots left and before the booking cut-off time.

How do I pay?

No deposit, nothing to pay when you book. You pay at check-in at the flying site, before your flight — when you do the paperwork and sign the insurance confirmation and liability waiver — by cash, bank transfer, card (+3% fee) or PayPal (3% fee).

Is there a fee to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations and rescheduling are completely free. Please let us know via hotline, Zalo or WhatsApp +84 964 073 555 at least 03 hours before departure time. If you cancel on the day of the flight, you only pay for costs already incurred (drinking water, a car that has already picked you up).

What is the difference between paragliding (PG) and paramotor (PPG)?

Paragliding takes off from a 950 m mountainside and glides on the wind for about 10–15 minutes. A paramotor has an engine worn on the pilot's back, takes off from flat ground by the river, controls its own altitude and flies for 15 minutes (standard), 15–22 minutes (cloud-chasing or sunset flight) along the river and the road. Both are tandem flights with a pilot.

Are photos and videos included?

Yes. Your pilot films with a GoPro for free and sends you the files right after the flight. To upgrade your footage, add drone filming or a 360 camera (400.000đ per guest for each service, save 100.000đ when you choose both) to any flight; the video is sent right after landing.
