Payment policy

This policy applies to every paragliding (PG), powered paragliding (paramotor – PPG) and extra service provided by CÔNG TY TNHH DÙ LƯỢN HÀ GIANG (HA GIANG PARAGLIDING COMPANY LIMITED) and booked through hagiangparamotor.com or our official hotline / Zalo / WhatsApp.

1. Prices

• The price of each package and extra is listed publicly on the website (Flying site page, each package page and the booking confirmation step), in Vietnamese dong (VND) per guest.
• Listed prices include VAT; a VAT invoice is issued on request. Prices are listed in VND per guest and are the amount you pay for the flight; there are no other surcharges apart from the extras you choose and the 3% fee for card or PayPal payments.
• USD amounts shown on the website are for reference only.
• Included are the items listed under "Included" for each package: a pilot flying the whole flight, helmet and harness, safety briefing, drinking water, GoPro photos and video, accident insurance for the flight, a flight certificate and pick-up/drop-off within the Quan Ba area (paramotor packages also include noise-cancelling headsets).
• Not included: meals, transport from Ha Giang city (extra: 500,000 VND per 4-seat car per direction), drone or 360 camera filming (400,000 VND per guest for each service), personal expenses.
• Discounts (applied automatically when booking): groups of 3 get 50,000 VND off per guest; groups of 4 or more get 70,000 VND off per guest; choosing both drone and 360 camera for the same guest saves 100,000 VND.
• The total is calculated by the system at the time of booking and shown in the booking confirmation. Later price changes do not affect existing bookings.

2. Deposits and advance payment

• Usually booking requires no deposit and no advance payment. You pay once, on the day of the flight, at check-in at the meeting point before take-off — while completing the paperwork and signing the insurance confirmation and liability waiver.
• In some cases, such as homestay bookings, large groups, private cars or peak days, part or all of the amount may have to be paid in advance. Our staff will tell you the amount and how to pay when confirming your booking; advance payments are refunded under the Cancellation, rescheduling & refund policy.

3. Payment methods

The 3% fee is charged on the amount paid by card or PayPal.

4. Paying safely

• The website does not collect or store card details. Card payments are made in person at the flying site; PayPal payments are made on PayPal's own system.
• Our staff will send you the company's bank transfer details when confirming your booking. Pay only to our staff at the check-in desk, or by bank transfer using details received through our official channels (hotline +84 964 073 555, email hagiangparamotor@gmail.com). We never ask for transfers by message from unknown numbers.
• Please keep your receipt or a screenshot of the transaction.

5. Invoices and receipts

Listed prices include VAT. We issue VAT invoices in accordance with Vietnamese law on invoices and documents. If you need an invoice, please give us the invoice details (name of the person or company, tax ID, address, email for the invoice) when booking or at check-in.
