Service policy

The service is provided by CÔNG TY TNHH DÙ LƯỢN HÀ GIANG (HA GIANG PARAGLIDING COMPANY LIMITED) under the trade name Ha Giang Paragliding & Paramotor.

1. What we provide

• Tandem paragliding (PG): you fly with a pilot, taking off from the mountainside and landing in the valley. Flight time depends on the wind, usually around 10–15 minutes; it may be shorter in weak wind or extended for free in good conditions.
• Powered paragliding (paramotor – PPG): take-off and landing on a flat field; 15 or 20 minutes depending on the package.
• Every flight: 1 passenger with 1 professional pilot.
• Extras: drone filming, 360 camera, transport from Ha Giang city. Package and extra prices are listed on the website; see the Payment policy.

2. Place and times

• Quan Ba flying site, Quan Ba commune, Tuyen Quang province — about 45 km from Ha Giang city along National Road 4C.
• Paragliding take-off: mountainside at 950 m. Landing field: flat field by the river at 450 m — also the paramotor take-off field.
• Operating hours: 06:30 – 18:30 daily. You choose your preferred time slot when booking; the exact flight time is confirmed on the morning of the flight after checking the wind.

3. Booking and confirmation

• Book on the website or by hotline / Zalo / WhatsApp +84 964 073 555. We contact you within 3 hours of receiving your booking.
• Usually no deposit and no prepayment; pay at check-in (some cases require advance payment — see the Payment policy).

4. Pick-up and transport

• Arrive at the meeting point 15–30 minutes before your flight to check in, be weighed, declare your health, sign the insurance confirmation and pay. The exact meeting point address is sent by Zalo/WhatsApp when your flight is confirmed.
• Included: return pick-up within the Quan Ba area (Nam Dam, Quan Ba commune, Lung Tam, Can Ty) and transport between the meeting point, take-off and landing fields.
• From Ha Giang city: 4-seat car, 500,000 VND per car per direction — choose it when booking or ask the team.
• Companions who are not flying, please tell us how many so we can plan seats in the car.

5. Who can fly

• Age: 3 years and over. Children over 3 count as a separate passenger. Under 18 requires a parent's or guardian's consent and their presence at the flying site.
• Weight: guests over 90 kg, please tell us in advance so we can arrange a suitable pilot and equipment.
• Fitness: basic — able to run a few short steps.
• Health: not suitable for people with heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, spinal injuries, or pregnant women; please tell us in advance about any condition or medication. Honest declaration is mandatory.
• No alcohol or drugs before flying.
• Clothing: comfortable long sleeves and trousers, sports shoes; no high heels, no skirts.

6. Safety

• Flights are flown by professionally trained pilots holding professional certificates.
• Wings, lines, harnesses and reserve parachutes are checked before each flying day; buckles, connectors and helmets before every take-off. Equipment showing any damage is withdrawn.
• You are given a helmet and a padded harness and receive a safety briefing before take-off.
• Pilots monitor wind, gusts, cloud and rain risk, and postpone or stop flying when conditions are not safe. The pilot on site makes the final decision.

7. Insurance

Every flight includes accident insurance under the insurance contract held by the organiser; you sign the insurance confirmation at check-in. If you want higher cover, please arrange additional insurance before your flight date.

8. Photos and video

• GoPro filming by the pilot is free; files are sent right after landing.
• Drone, 360 camera: +400,000 VND per guest for each service; choosing both saves 100,000 VND.
• Keep about 10 GB free on your phone for the videos.

9. Your responsibilities

Follow the instructions of the pilot and staff; look after your own belongings; follow the rules on pets and belongings in the Terms & general conditions.
