Step 4: Choose extras

• Flycam (drone footage): 400.000đ/guest.
• 360 camera: 400.000đ/guest.
• Both: 700.000đ/guest.
• Car from Hà Giang city: 500.000đ per 4-seat car, one way (if you need it).

Photos, GoPro video, insurance, a flight certificate, drinking water and pick-up within the Quản Bạ area are included in the price.

Step 5: Fill in your contact details and notes

Your full name, phone number and email (if you have one). In the notes field, add anything useful: weight over 90 kg, children, where you're staying for pick-up, or special wishes such as "cloud hunting", "proposal" or "gift".

Step 6: Receive your booking code and confirmation

Once you submit, you'll receive a booking code and a page with your booking details. The flying team will contact you by phone, Zalo or WhatsApp to confirm the time and pick-up point. Keep your code handy in case you need to look up your booking.

Payment: at check-in, before your flight

No deposit, nothing to pay when you book. You pay at check-in at the flying site, before your flight — while you complete the paperwork and sign the insurance confirmation and the liability waiver. You can pay by:

1. Cash.
2. Bank transfer.
3. Card (+3%).
4. PayPal (+3%).

Cancelling and rescheduling

• Free cancellation and free rescheduling. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is for the flying team to reassign pilots to other guests.
• Weather not suitable for flying: the flying team will let you know and reschedule free of charge. As there's no deposit, you lose nothing.

Common booking mistakes

• Picking a date that doesn't match your itinerary: many guests book a flight on the day they leave Hà Giang city but ride up to Quản Bạ too late. Quản Bạ is about 45 km of mountain road from the city, so allow enough travel time or spend the night in Quản Bạ.
• Forgetting to note a weight over 90 kg: the flying team needs to know in advance to choose the right pilot and equipment.
• Leaving a phone number without Zalo/WhatsApp: this makes it hard for the flying team to send you updated flight times based on the wind.
• Not leaving spare time: mountain weather changes quickly, and a tight itinerary makes it hard to switch to another session.

• Book early in peak season and at weekends.
• Leave half a day to a full day spare in your Hà Giang Loop itinerary in case of bad weather.
• Stay overnight in Quản Bạ for free pick-up and a morning flight.
• Read preparing for your flight in advance so you don't forget your jacket and shoes.
